Luke has been coughing for bout 2½ months been taking medicine reguarly to suppress the cough. But the other day brought him out to Imm with Stone and he caught flu from minghao! Guess it's that bowl of tao suan which they had shared...(u one mouth I one mouth like bros) heh but looked wad happened.....
His flu was very bad...till worst then he cant breathe at night and I had to bring him see doc again cos the medi had to change to a stronger dose. But the following day, wanted to bring him see usual doc and I called the doc's clinic and heard that the queue was longer than usual. So I made a decision to bring him to another clinic this time and not the usual one since the queue is so long and it's not very good to bring him to queue at a crowded place he's feeling very fatigue. Hence brought him to this Raffles clinic at Anchorpoint.
The doc over there was very suprised with luke's current medication which consisted of this antibiotics which required him to take bout 20 days...she said it's impossible to be consuming it for so long...but we told her that we're just following the previous doc's instrutions and she listened to luke's lungs..check up bla bla and she commented "You have to bring him to hospital, he's having asthmatic cough and he needs treatment at the hospital not home only!"
So from the seriousness she had given us we koe this time we really had to bring him to the hospital again it's not just another common flu. From the hospital after doc check plus x ray and letting luke doing the "asthma" treatment breathing from a mask that kind which made him cried alot he doesnt like it, doc had explained that he has this allergy cough and cant confirm it's 100% asthmatic cos it cant be just diagnosed from a single test but he definitely has the symptoms and another factor possible inheritence. So actually he's been having allergy cough all this while and it's not asthma yet but becos of the flu he caught again (new virus) which worsen his cough and it became asthmatic.
So after concluding, he was given the ventolin puff and another light brown 1 for him to bring it back home for his regular puffing and treatment. It was really tough to convince him to do the puffs for me..cos of the previous treatment at the hospital which had frightened him alot. Eventually I keep explaining to him and even showed him wad I gonna do on him and he listened and followed my instructions. Else really dunno how if he refuses cos he need it to make him better.
Well now I really prayed that he'll be fine his cough will be gone soon and he'll not be feeling fatigue all the time after the puff and so on. He's still very active although he's sick and sleeps very little in the afternoon which is not a good thing. Guess have to put aside the tot of working and finding a childcare for him cos need to look after him myself to build his health up!
/Mummy shouts to Luke baby! "Stop coughing! Get well! Love u alot alot dun make daddy mummy so worried!"
