Happy Birthday to me!

Yesterday......................didnt expected to be so screwed up. It all started with Luke making noise and coughing so badly and became feverish and eventually fever on and off. Didnt koe how to make him feel better becos I couldnt bring him to the hospital either as he has his medications at home and his fever was still in controllable temp. But he still refuses to take medi until night time junxiang dropped by to help me get panadol and poccarri sweat.

The moment uncle pong knocked the door he jumped up from his mattress still feeling drowsy and followed me to open the door and sort of welcome uncle pong. He was so delighted and jumping non stop..n finally i took this opportunity to make him take his puffs and drink water cos i told him if he dun uncle pong will go home. Haha! Usually if colin's ard n he refuses his medi i would ask colin to help me grab him and make him take else he wouldnt feel better soon.

During the night he woke up bout 3 plus and cant get back to sleep and start asking me where's daddy? I told him he's working still and he told me he wanna go outside living room watch TV! I was like -_- I told him no tv all of them sleeping already including ur toys! So he was disappointed and lay down slowly close his eyes tried to sleep back and the cough was so irritating and he just keep turning ard the mattress and i wasnt allowed to sleep at my own bed but only with him else he'll go "mummy mummy lie down" and he would point his bed. So I din sleep well too but compared to the time when he's a baby and sick he'll be much noiser and cranky compared to now. Guess he's grown up too he can control his breathing better when he's got flu.

It's still raining now...colin askin me dinner where...i no idea seriously not in the mood to choose or decide cos my mind is tired. Birthdays to me is not really impt but kids 1 are more impt cos they get to have fun and party which we adults dun already haha...tho we still party but it's different kind.

Hope my baby Luke faster recover and stay away from all these stinky allergens.

Went to ikea for a late breakfast this morning. We didnt put into consideration that today's a public holiday and went ahead...and when we just arrived the bus stop and saw the car's queue to the car park. Weet so long so long...even the bus couldnt turn into the bus lane. So as expected the crowd was also at the restaurant. -_- So bo pian queue lor wad to do...luckily the way they manage the queue was systematic and it wasnt long till our turn then.

Din get to walk ard ikea the crowd was terrible..so went anchorpoint to cold storage. When we're going in tru sliding door to the shopping center luke was asking us where's the balloon decor they had there...we were surprise. Y? cos it was sometime ago when we brought him there to see a doc and that was ard christmas season n there were decorations of balloons ard. So he remembered. Cool memory. Just like I always bluff him "U finish ur food mummy bring u go buy car later" -_- after dinner he'll go "buy car buy car" he would remember wad i promised. Got once even worst. The night before colin told him "u good boy tmr daddy bring u go watch movie" The next day he din even wan to take his nap and kept asking "movie" kids they'll remember wad u've promised one lor...so I try not to make empty promises to him and I do take him or reward him as promised. He's happy and so am I. =)

So after supermarket we came home it was still drizzling then...luke and colin took a nap. Two piggies woke up ard evening time. . and we went IMM for dinner. Bought some party pack stuffs for the kids on luke's birthday...cant wait to see the kids ard and have fun again plus mummies gatherings..hehe =p

Well Luke's asleep now and we've just finished supper...the tot of colin's not home tmr and during the night is fresh in my mind...not really used to it when only me n luke alone at night time. Hopefully time pass faster tmr for us both. Luke's gonna miss colin alot..he always wanna wait for daddy to be back when colin worked in the night shift even tho he's so sleepy.

Rainy days

It was raining heavily the whole yesterday and i think it's gonna be same for today. The feeling of coolness is great but troublesome to go out with a kid la...so yesterday we brought luke to jp bout evening time. The initial plan was to get colin's hp to repair but halfway tru at buona vista colin said "forgot to bring the warranty card out" well that's it. -_- But we still went jp anyway cos of the beef stew...rainning eat beef stew = shiok ah!!

It wasnt dinner time yet when we arrived there but we're hungry n I suggested eat long john abit then later awhile more dinner time!! But who koes later on when luke and colin are both hungry and Im not still...but we go ahead to have beef stew cos luke was like "MILK MILK MILK!!!" then bo pian...faster feed him rice.

As usual brought him to TOYSRUS his fav shop and kiddy palace then mummy called she's coming to meet us. Luke was so excited when he heard bout that and we waited...n finally met her. Eden and Gigi came along. They are both sibilings and luke's fren. Eden is 9 and GiGi is 6 these two kids are very good care taker of luke. Becos they koe how to show love and care like holding his hands and assure that he dun fall or run too fast or come into danger. So im quite suprise with their manner and behaviour cos seldom get to see that esp. Eden he's a boy but he always gives luke a big hug whenever he sees him. Very warm and loving kids...Luke enjoyed their company too and they played screamed...n I told luke to control and not to..cos screaming can be a trigger to asthma cough cos he suddenly got so excited. Like wad Im worrying about after meeting and all the fun they had...Luke on the way home started coughing again.

Argh! felt so bad to see him coughing again cos his cough had recovered and stopped few days again since after the doc changed his medication and like the doc's advised to avoid triggers else his cough's back again. So wad I can do now is to increase his doses for the ventolin puff and hope the cough go away soon. =(

Luke's asleep now after a long day out. Brought him to paige's house then to taka toy departmental store as promised cos it's rainning heavily cant cross over to paragon. Paige's so pretty and cute today. .she always has this innocent face and whenever I look at her she reminds me of luke. Clare showed us some of paige's baby photos those newborn ones.. really look like luke at certain angle even huifen said so too.

Well..it was fun chatting with the other mummies and seeing the kids enjoying the barney show and the toys. But here goes luke anti-social again after he woke up from his nap. He started " bao bao" , " I wan bao bao" which made me n colin -_- but bo pian la of course to bao bao him. So after cutting cake when we about to leave it rained heavily again n jianwei came and gave us a lift to orchard.

Well as usual bidding byes and blas blas...bout 5- 10 min. Luke and Paige kissed! Like wad clare was saying "First Kiss" haha so sweet that moment wasted din managed to capture cos it was lips to lips those kind. Hope to see the kids at Luke's birthday soon!! It's really fun to have them ard...esp. ming hao seeing him enjoying himself like nobody's business and kept asking food from colin n me. He's so cute and handsome.

Suntec again

Colin was off early today from camp..too lazy to cook dinner today..bad cough me. So we went Suntec for dinner n took Luke to Toys'R"us as promised if he finished his dinner. He was so delighted and after long anticipation finnally there! There was this fisher price scooter which he likes it very much cant stop ridding ard with it. Felt like getting the Buzz lightyear's scooter for him on his birthday. It's actually a tricycle for toddler.

Well met up with Pearl and Martin at suntec as usual haha..went arcade got this machine not those doll catcher but those u need to scoope up the stuffs and pour it down n hopefully it'll push the others and drop into the hole and it's urs...those kinda machines. Inside was this like "bu dao wong" disney mini figurines..it's very attractive becos all of them was at the edges and seemed gonna drop down by the next try. Haha well Colin got one for the first try but not the subsequent and we've found out there's this transparent plastic folding up at the edges to sort of bounce the rest of it down side ways instead into the hole as the figurines' bottoms are rounded this makes the whole lot difficult. So the first try n got it was actually a lucky 1. Wu liao right wasting $$..it's the thrill ba..haha..

Well..the two piggies asleep...im so bored..hair still wet. Tmr gonna meet jac and fannie to go clare's place it's paige birthday party.

Brought luke to checkup yesterday, doc said his cough not much better n she changed his medi to stronger dose. Hopefully he'll recover this time tho his cough is not contagious. Was also given a small diary to keep record of his cough, wheeze, puffs taken. Serious work n effort have to put in here to cure him. Every morning have to steam clean the beddings n sofa cos to kill off the dust mites and also his toys so many to clean. Dunno where these dust come from everyday also got new 1. And we're all allergic to it so wad to do.....but to clean.

Colin have to stay in camp next wk for a day n it's right the day before my birthday which means i wont see him on twelve midnight. But it isnt his choice too..well this is my first time spendin the night without him ard ever since we've shifted out. My birthday's coming....well I practically dun really needa buy anything but I have 3 wishes (greedy) first, Luke's recovery and be healthy again, second, Colin pls stop smoking dun wan u to die earlier than me and third, peace. Y peace ? Peace to me means no quarrels ard including others we koe and no new upcoming things to shock me or unhappiness... so peace =)

We'll be celebrating luke's bday at chevrons again...but before luke's it'll be paige bday first...going this sat to her house. She's so cute so fast seeing the kids one after another turning one yr and so on...sometimes i feel like having to experience the birth of a newborn again it's very nice the kind of bonding n feeling. Once they're grown up...it's different again evry stages....

Sleepy..

Oh man Im just like luke now...mucus dripping out from my nose constantly..ewwww. Terrible feeling no wonder luke has been making so much noise ever since he caught flu. Felt fatigue all the while and felt like sleeping but luke dun allow me to. He's so full of energy always..even the fact he's still sick. Flu + that asthmaic cough...those are not enough still to make him nap longer in the noon. But i rather he sleeps little than he sick sick....A wk past liao he still sick.

Bringing him to follow up check-up tmr morning..hopes no new news appear...the asthma thingy is still fresh to us. And I hope the medi could cure him faster or wad..before his birthday celebration else he cant swim can see only poor thing =(
